About

Senior Salesforce engineer with 13 certifications and a track record of shipping scalable, business-critical solutions in Apex, LWC and Experience Cloud.

Recently I've moved into AI and prompt engineering, looking for the places where automation saves real hours. I care about measurable impact, mentoring the people around me, and learning something new every quarter.

Experience

Current

Senior Software Engineer

Localsearch · Zurich

Promoted to 50% Release Manager in Nov 2025.

  • Designed and built 2 customer-facing portals (Service & Sales Portal) used by external partners for sales and support, shipping 15–25 features that save ~8–12 hours a week.
  • Own ~15+ releases per quarter (3-week main cycle plus 2–4 hotfixes per sprint), made sustainable by automating deployment scripts and adding automatic Git tags per release.
  • Introduced LLM-powered automations for case classification and on-demand Knowledge Article translation, speeding up customer-care workflows by ~25% and cutting manual triage.
  • Onboarded 2 junior developers to our Service Cloud and Experience Cloud stack through pair programming and structured PR feedback.
  • Built Workato (iPaaS) automations between Salesforce and other business systems to streamline cross-team workflows.
2023 – 2024

Salesforce Developer

Self-employed · client: Localsearch

  • Took over Localsearch's Customer Center from external partners as a solo contractor, bringing maintenance in-house and cutting vendor costs.
  • Rebuilt and released a mobile-friendly Customer Center and delivered supporting features in Account Territory Management.
  • Designed the foundation of the Service Cloud partner portal (later built in-house), which led to a full-time senior offer in Feb 2024.
2020 – 2023

Salesforce Developer

Deloitte DACC

  • Built the Salesforce foundation at Enel X (energy sector), growing from bug fixing to feature delivery and then onto the Vlocity (Industries Cloud) platform.
  • Moved onto the Localsearch engagement, delivering Apex and LWC work in agile teams and building the domain knowledge that led to direct contracting in 2023.
  • Earned 8 Salesforce certifications in this period, across Admin, Developer and architect-track credentials.
Earlier

Other experience

  • Private educator: tutored students in Informatics and Physics, where the mentoring habits I use today started.
  • Project coordination (TIF, PromoAction): led teams running large-scale university tech events.
  • Community: hackathons, Model UN and developer groups.
